Before you begin supplying any images to TaylorDev (herein referred to as "we", "us"), please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

General:

1. By submitting images (digitally online, physically or mail-in), you authorise TaylorDev to perform the repair, restoration work on the image(s). You certify that you are the copyright holder of the images or you are submitting on behalf of the copyright holder of the images.

2. Your physical or electronic sharing of your images constitutes permission for photographic work to be applied by us. TaylorDev will not be liable for the content of any Submission.

3. TaylorDev is committed to protecting photographers' copyrights and anticipates that our customers will do the same. Each image submitter is required by Australia law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to, use any image before the image is uploaded or supplied to TaylorDev.

4. If you explicitly agree to share your pictures with us, you grant us the right to lawfully use your pictures for demonstrations, promotions and advertisements etc.

5. Our email privacy: We will not send you any junk mail; we will not share your email with any third parties. By requesting work with us, you agree to let us contact you about your requests/orders.

6. At TaylorDev, your personal information is highly respected and 100% protected except where prohibited by law.

7. There are no circumstances, under which we would store a customer's banking or credit card information.

8. TaylorDev.com.au is an Australian developed website and is subject to Australian law.

Quality Policy:

9. At TaylorDev, we respect and fully protect the inherent value of the images supplied and will not cause damage or deterioration except as might reasonably be caused when physical or electronic handling occurs during our work.

10. We aim to provide restoration work to a professional standard using current release software, techniques and multiple exposure scanning technology.

11. All original mages will be returned and will be protected to prevent physical damage in handling or transit.

12. We will agree with you on the service level for our services when accepting images for repair and restoration.
